WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted for full credit up to 14 days from the date the package carrier says the package was delivered. Click the link below to create a return label:
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returns made to anadavisdesign.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
- When returning items, pack them well to avoid breakage. Pack them in original packing materials.
- You will receive your refund within one week of our receipt of the item.
- Ana Davis products purchased anywhere other than anadavisdesign.com cannot be returned. Please contact the original seller about their return policy.
- We take every care to ensure products are packaged well, but damaged merchandise may occur occasionally. Report the specific item and problem immediately to email@example.com.
- You will receive a reply with further instructions. Do not return the damaged or defective merchandise unless instructed to do so.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
As a studio of one (not including the dog, two cats, and two little boys who are hell-bent on distracting me), I pack and ship each order myself. That is to say, I am not Amazon. :) I respond to each order as quickly as possibly, and I mail them out within 3-5 business days via USPS priority shipping. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as I process your order. Thank you for choosing to purchase my products from me, the little gal! I promise to make every effort to accommodate your requests, respond in a timely manner, and I hope spread happiness and beauty while doing so.
All orders are mailed via USPS priority shipping with 3-5 business days.
